Curtailment of Activities during 2020 and 2021 and sad demise of The Honourable Andrew Peacock AC. GCL

The advent of COVID -19 causing lockdowns in Asian cities and the UK together with sever restrictions on international travel seriously prevented Anglo Asia Education Foundation’s activities during 2021 and 2022.

The trustees/directors and those closely associated with AAEF’s activities morn the loss of one of its founding trustees/directors The Honourable Andrew Peacock who died in Texas on 16^th April 2021. Andrew was a long serving Minister in the Australian Federal government holding eight Ministerial positions including Minister for Foreign Affairs, Minister for Industry and Commerce and Minister for Industrial Relations. He was also Federal Leader of the Liberal Party of Australia and Leader of the Opposition He subsequently served as the Australian Ambassador for the United States of America and will be greatly missed by all at AAEF.
